SREC-II Pricing Structure
The New Jersey BPU has established new incentive levels for eligible solar facilities within the SuSI ADI Program. An announcement by the NJCEP can be viewed here.
Community Solar Facilities: The 2026 incentive level reduction applies to solar facilities that submit a complete incentive application in the SuSI ADI Program on or after March 6th, 2026. View Board Order
Remote Net Metering: The Remote Net Metering Program, a market segment of the SuSI-ADI program, in EY 2026 approves and offers incentives to remote net metered solar energy projects and certifies public entities to act as receiving customers for remote net metered capacity. Residential Facilities: The 2023 incentive level reduction applies to solar facilities that submit a complete incentive application in the SuSI ADI Program on or after March 13, 2023.
Non-Residential Facilities: The 2023 incentive level increase applies to all solar facilities that submit a new incentive application on or after March 13, 2023, and also applications previously submitted to the SuSI ADI Program but did not receive Permission To Operate (PTO) from the Electric Distribution Company (EDC), as of March 13, 2023.
